Mechanical designs included new heating ventilating and air conditioning systems for the bunk rooms, battalion offices and vehicle exhaust system for the apparatus bays. Plumbing designs included new incoming potable and fire water services with exterior backflow prevention and hot box, new utility company natural gas service and distribution and new domestic hot water plant and distribution.
