Project Notes: Manufacturing still takes place in New York City. Engineering Services have been provided for cosmetics production in Queens, Jewelry fabrication in Long Island City and assembly in Brooklyn. Mechanical Engineering Services have been provided for heating ventilating and air conditioning systems, process exhaust systems, process steam distribution systems, cooling towers and boilers. Plumbing Engineering Services have been provided for incoming gas and water systems, backflow prevention devices, compressed air and specialty gas systems. Fire protection Engineering services have been provided for wet pipe distribution systems, pre-action systems, dry systems and vault connections. Electric Engineering Services have been provided for new incoming services, power and lighting distribution and fire alarm systems.
