Project Notes: Charles G Michel Engineering PC serves as the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing consultant for this iconic New York City Landmark Building. Our firm has provided designs for a new boiler plant, replacement chiller plant, renovated lobby, new domestic hot water distribution system and new electric service. We have assisted building management in providing Engineering Representation on a number of building projects including the recent Elevator Modernization program. We assisted in the development of a comprehensive building Alteration Agreement for apartment renovations in the building and provide Engineering oversight on apartment renovations in the building.
